The Tenacious and Results-Oriented Small Business Advocate, Jean Kristensen, Joins Us on Legacy Leaders Radio

JeanKristensen

Today on Legacy Leaders Radio, with Host Jack Perry, Jr., Jean Kristensen shares her inspiration, wisdom, and challenges of being a small business owner.  She specializes in helping small, minority and women-owned firms seeking to increase revenues through government contracting, certification, and innovative business strategies.

As a small business owner herself, she understands the challenges of running and growing a business. For Jean, certification programs have proven to be an invaluable tool for entering government contracting and working with large corporations. In the early 1990s, certification programs helped her to grow a security guard firm from 5 employees to more than 500, with revenues over $15 million.

You will not want to miss her heartfelt advice about following your passion, and how to manage even the simple tactics of small business success.

Street Grace’s Cheryl DeLuca-Johnson joins Jack Perry, Jr. on Legacy Leaders Radio about Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking

Legacy Leaders Radio tackled the hard-to-hear crisis about children who are sold into sex in Atlanta and around the United States.  Street Grace is an alliance of Christian Churches dedicated to the eradication of domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST), and its president and CEO, Cheryl Deluca-Johnson spoke on-air with Host Jack Perry, Jr. about this crisis going on right now in our cities.

Cheryl has more than 20 years of humanitarian work, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background specializing in women’s issues, specifically women and addiction.

Jack and Cheryl led a discussion that everyone should hear.  The Internet has enabled DMST to grow, and according to Cheryl, there is no such thing as a child prostitute; they are children being abused by adults.  The laws in this country need to catch up with the problem, and Street Grace is championing the efforts to change the laws and bring awareness to this terrible crisis.
